Bible Classes at Powell Road Church of Christ

The Powell Road congregation considers the education of each Bible student to be a serious matter. The elders have arranged Bible study classes for literally all ages.

Children are encouraged to begin attending their own bible class at an early age. Classes have been structured as follows:

Toddlers,

Pre-School,

Early Elementary,

Teenage.

In addition to the instruction given to the young children, students who are able to read are given the opportunity begin working in the Bible Lab. The Bible Lab is an innovative approach to Bible class teaching. Students participate in a planned curriculum, progressing individually at their own pace, learning how to study the Bible using study aids such as Bible concordances, maps and dictionaries. This course of study is also available to adults.

Another valuable part of Bible study that is offered is a discussion style class for adults. On Sunday mornings the class is studying the book of The Acts of the Apostles and upon completion will begin a study of the Minor Prophets. On Wednesday evening the class is studying the Epistle to the Ephesians.
